Welcome to Design PRO Market (https://designpromarket.com), a curated marketplace that connects clients with verified textile design professionals. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Platform as a Client. By registering and using our services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
Definitions
- Platform: The online marketplace operated at https://designpromarket.com.
- Client: A user seeking to request or purchase textile design services.
- Designer: A professional offering design services via the Platform.
- Services: Textile design services provided by Designers to Clients.
- User: Any person accessing or using the Platform.
Additional definitions
- 1 Day Notice: A requirement that either party must provide at least one (1) calendar day’s written notice to the other party for actions such as initiating or terminating a project, or making significant changes to the scope of work.
- 7 Day Notice: A requirement that either party must provide at least seven (7) calendar days’ written notice to the other party for actions such as initiating or terminating a project, or making significant changes to the scope of work.
- Limited Warranty: A warranty provided by the freelancer that covers specific aspects of the delivered work for a defined period. This warranty typically obligates the freelancer to address only certain issues or defects that arise under normal use, as explicitly stated in the agreement.
- Full Warranty: A comprehensive warranty wherein the freelancer commits to rectify any defects or issues in the delivered work without additional charges for a specified period. This warranty generally covers all parts and labor necessary to address problems arising under normal use.
Account Registration
Clients must be 18 years or older and provide accurate details during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activity on your account.
Platform Usage
The Platform facilitates the introduction of Clients and Designers. Design PRO Market is not a party to the contract between you and any Designer. All service agreements are made directly between Clients and Designers.
Client Responsibilities
As a Client, you agree to:
- Provide clear, complete project briefs and reference materials.
- Make timely payments for services received.
- Maintain professional, respectful communication with Designers.
- Use delivered work only in accordance with the agreed usage rights.
Payments
- Payments are securely processed via third-party providers.
- Supported currencies: USD, KZT, EUR, AUD, CAD, CLP, CZK, HUF, IDR, JOD, OMR, NZD, NOK, PEN, QAR, SAR, AED, UZS, AZN, PLN.
Dispute Resolution
In case of conflict with a Designer, we may offer limited mediation at our discretion but are not obliged to resolve disputes. Users are expected to attempt resolution in good faith.
Intellectual Property
- Ownership rights are governed by the agreement between you and the Designer.
- Unless otherwise agreed in writing, you are granted usage rights (not full ownership).
- You may not reproduce or exploit Platform content without permission.
Prohibited Conduct
You must not:
- Submit false, illegal, or infringing content.
- Use the Platform for fraudulent purposes.
- Circumvent or bypass payment through the Platform.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms or for any reason at our sole discretion. You may delete your account by contacting us at info@designpromarket.com.
Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
- The performance or quality of services delivered by Designers.
- Any losses arising from interactions on the Platform.
Our liability is limited as permitted under UK law.
Privacy
Your data is processed in accordance with the UK GDPR and other applicable privacy laws. See our Privacy Policy for more.
Amendments
We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the Platform means you accept the latest version.
